My Status

The My Status page shows you the latest data relevent to you and should be the main page that you use on a daily basis in Workup. My Status allows you to view and update the following:

  • Leave
  • Schedule
  • Timesheets
  • Project Tasks

Managing Your Schedule

The My Schedule tab shows your scheduled activities and leave as a monthly calendar view. All scheduled items are linked to a project activity. You can update existing schedule entries or add new items to your schedule.

Managing Your Project Tasks

You can see and update all project tasks that have been assigned to you across all projects. You can view tasks as a board or as a list. You can update task status by dragging it on the Kanban board. You can also add new tasks for yourself or update existing tasks.

Tracking Your Leave

You can see your leave entitlement and track the status of all your leave requests for the current leave year. You can create new leave requests here and cancel or update existing leave requests.

Updating Your Timesheets

You can quickly see the status of your recent timesheets here and be able to update them with actual time spent on project activities. Each timesheet shows a completion status based on the work week and a percentage of customer billed time. You can create a new timesheet for a week if it doesn't yet exist. Timesheets will be created automatically if you have been scheduled project work in a particular week.

Viewing Your Team

If you are a manager and have employees reporting to you they will be listed here. You can drill through to the employee to see more details to help you manage them.

Viewing Your Projects

The projects tab will list any projects that you own or have been assigned to. You can quickly drill through to the project to see more detail.
